Twisted Curls Hairstyle

This hairstyle may seem very simple, but you will be surprised how something so easy looks so pretty on curly hair. The twists keep the unruly curls out of your face, and will also hide some of the frizz that your hair may be sporting.

Take a generous portion of your hair on one side of your face, and twist it inwards to the middle of your crown. If you like leaving a few pieces of hair at the front to frame your face, this is the perfect time to do that. Keep twisting until you reach the back of your head.

Take a few bobby pins and pin this section securely to the back of your head. Be sure to pin with the wavy side down (click here to see how), and criss-cross them for extra sturdiness.

Repeat the exact same step on the other side. Twist a generous portion of your hair until you reach the back of your head, and then tuck that twisted piece under the first one.

That’s it!

Cute and Easy Updo For Curly Hair

This hairstyle is perfect for the days when you want to tame your crazy curls. Not only will it help hide a potentially bad hair day, but it also looks elegant enough to wear for a special occasion!

Basically, this hairstyle consists of a bunch of mini buns. Start by parting your hair right above your crown to create the first bun.

Twist that section into a bun in the back of your head in the middle, and secure with bobby pins.

Part your hair about 2 inches below the first part, and create another bun.

Depending on how much hair you have, you will probably need to create 4 or 5 buns altogether. Repeat the same steps until you reach the nape of your neck.

Optional – use some hairspray to set the hairstyle in place. It’s that easy!
